BLK BOX transforms Dublin office into a high-performance gym

BLK BOX has partnered with professional athlete Andrew Porter and dietitian Josh Percival to transform a former office building into Three State, a high-performance gym in Dublin. The project encompassed full design, layout planning, equipment selection, and installation, showcasing the company’s end-to-end fit-out capabilities.

The facility combines functional performance with aesthetic design. Natural light, minimalist layouts, and integrated storage were employed to optimise space while maintaining a premium, professional environment. Flooring, finishes, and bespoke equipment were selected to balance durability and style, enhancing usability for both elite athletes and general members.

Collaboration between client and supplier was central. BLK BOX guided the project from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring all components met technical and operational standards. Custom elements included branded 5 Series Nexus Compact Racks, Belfast Bars, HD bumper plates, plyometric boxes, and Concept2 machines. Storage solutions and modular equipment were integrated to maximise accessibility and operational efficiency.

The project reflects BLK BOX’s broader strategic approach to fitness facility fit-outs, emphasising precision, quality, and responsiveness.
