Exsim Hospitality secures RM2.08 million interior and electrical fit-out contract for Maybank KLCC

Malaysia-based Exsim Hospitality Bhd has accepted a RM2.08 million (€460,000) subcontract from Epic Team Construction Sdn Bhd for interior and electrical works at Maybank KLCC.

The contract, awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, involves a four-month scope starting 11 May 2026, with completion targeted for 7 September 2026. It also carries a six-month defects liability period.

The group said the job is expected to contribute positively to earnings, net assets per share and gearing over the project duration, and falls within its ordinary course of business, with no unusual risks beyond normal operational execution.

The fit-out contract forms part of Exsim Hospitality's ongoing interior works portfolio across Malaysia's commercial property sector. The company delivers interior fit-out services for corporate and hospitality developments through its subsidiary operations.
