The Fit Out Awards 2026 has announced its shortlist, naming finalists across 34 categories ahead of the awards ceremony on 25 November 2026 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, where Ireland's leading fit out companies, interior designers, contractors, and design practices will be recognised before hundreds of senior executives from across the commercial interiors and built environment community.

As Ireland's most trusted recognition programme for the fit out industry, the Fit Out Awards celebrate the most innovative individuals and companies driving excellence in office fit out, commercial interior design, workplace design, hospitality, retail, residential, healthcare, public sector, and conservation projects.

This year's shortlist reflects the full breadth of Ireland's fit out sector, drawing finalists from design practices, fit out contractors, sub-contractors, project managers, and professional consultancies working across office refurbishment, workspace interiors, interior architecture, and design and build delivery.

Categories span large and small office fit out, medium office projects, hospitality hotels, restaurants and bars, international commercial and public sector projects, residential fit out, retail, tourism and leisure, healthcare, conservation, and sustainable fit out, alongside distinctions for excellence in design collaboration, health and safety, sustainability, and fit out product innovation. The Fit Out Leader and Fit Out Project of the Year awards will be announced exclusively on the night.
