The Fit Out Awards UK 2026 has announced its full list of winners following a gala ceremony held on 24 September 2026 at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, celebrating the designers, contractors, project managers, and studios driving excellence across the full spectrum of fit out in the United Kingdom.

Ekho Studio's The Sky Lounge was named the overall Fit Out Project of the Year, sponsored by a key industry partner, recognising it as the standout project across the entire 2026 programme.

Claremont Group Interiors was named Fit Out Design Practice of the Year, Medlock FRB won Fit Out Contractor of the Year, and J Carey Design Ltd claimed Fit Out Sub-Contractor of the Year.

Dominic McAndrew of Ruumi Studio was named Fit Out Designer of the Year, Grace Eley of Claremont Group Interiors won Fit Out Designer of the Year – Rising Star, and Jack Neal of Resolution Interiors was recognised as Fit Out Project Manager of the Year.

Across the project categories, Medlock FRB's Mollie's Manchester won Fit Out Project of the Year – Hospitality, while KDPA's The Pedn Olva Hotel, St Ives claimed Fit Out Project of the Year – Hospitality (Hotel) and Concorde BGW's The Trafalgar won Fit Out Project of the Year – Hospitality (Bar).

Accanto Interiors took Fit Out Project of the Year – Hospitality (Restaurants) for TK Kitchen Chiswick, and Castlebrook won Fit Out Project of the Year – International for Miiro Palais Rudolf Vienna.

The Bon Collective claimed Fit Out Project of the Year – Large Office over £7.5 million for Liberty Global London HQ, TSK Group won Fit Out Project of the Year – Large Office under £7.5 million for Specialist Risk Group, and Ekho Studio took Fit Out Project of the Year – Medium Office for Gilbanks.

In the smaller office categories, Ekho Studio won Fit Out Project of the Year – Small Office (Over £500k) for The Sky Lounge and Claremont Group Interiors claimed Fit Out Project of the Year – Small Office (Under £500k) for Black Cat Building Consultancy, Manchester.

Stride Treglown won Fit Out Project of the Year – Public Sector for London Metropolitan University's Heart of the Campus project, Edmont Ltd claimed Fit Out Project of the Year – Retail for The Macallan Boutique at London Heathrow, The Manser Practice won Fit Out Project of the Year – Tourism & Leisure for the Goodwood Art Gallery Refurbishment, and Studio4 Architecture took Fit Out Project of the Year – Healthcare for Woodland Suite.

HLW won Sustainable Fit Out Project of the Year for Grant Thornton UK Hub, Wood & Co claimed Excellence in Collaboration, Virtus won Excellence in Sustainability, and Tarkett Ltd's AirMaster Carpet Tiles were named Fit Out Product of the Year.
