Fit Out Conference 2026 convenes Ireland's design and construction leadership to address sector strategy
Ireland's fit-out sector will convene for a three-quarter day conference addressing the strategic and operational challenges reshaping commercial interiors delivery across the built environment on 11 June 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
The programme will address three core themes: workplace fit-out execution balancing design ambition with delivery constraints, experience-driven environments across hospitality and retail sectors, and purpose-led projects spanning healthcare, public sector, and residential applications. Each theme reflects current market pressures where clients increasingly demand measurable performance outcomes alongside aesthetic quality.
An international advisory committee comprising Vanessa Brady OBE (SBID), Kay Sargent (HOK), and Ann Marie Aguilar (IWBI) will provide strategic oversight, bringing perspectives from design standards development, workplace strategy, and wellness certification frameworks that now influence specification decisions across multinational corporate fit-outs.
The conference will include three hot topic sessions examining fit-out from occupier, designer, and contractor perspectives. These sessions will address why corporations allocate capital to workspace transformation, how design creates commercial value beyond brief compliance, and the business case for quality execution amid compressed budgets and accelerated programmes.
A leaders panel will examine immediate sector pressures including tariff-driven material cost inflation, ESG mandate impacts on specification and procurement, and multinational location decisions affecting Ireland's project pipeline. These factors represent tangible risks to margin protection and programme certainty across the sector's current workload.
The format will include panel discussions, case study presentations, an exhibition area, and structured networking. Registration opens with early access for firms seeking to position teams around emerging procurement trends and technical requirements shaping the 2026-2027 development cycle.
Speaker announcements begin 13 March 2026, with confirmed industry leaders set to address strategic positioning, operational adaptation, and technical innovation across Ireland's evolving fit-out landscape.
Register interest through the official Fit Out Conference website to receive programme updates, speaker confirmations, and sector intelligence briefings ahead of the June event.
