Gilbert-Ash Ireland has officially unveiled its new headquarters on Dawson Street in Dublin, demonstrating its commitment to expanding its presence in the Irish fit-out market.

The company invited clients and stakeholders to tour the premises, highlighting its growing capabilities.

The move follows the company’s recent completion of the 245-bedroom citizenM Hotel on Bride Street, marking the global hospitality brand’s first project in Ireland.

Gilbert-Ash Ireland is also progressing work on two major hotels: a 215-bedroom Premier Inn at Twilfit House on Jervis Street and a 229-bedroom Premier Inn forming part of the redevelopment of the former Clerys department store site.

Elsewhere, Gilbert-Ash has delivered several landmark projects, including the Giant’s Causeway Visitors Centre and the Lyric Theatre in Belfast, both of which were shortlisted for the Stirling Prize.

Gilbert-Ash Managing Director Ray Hutchinson said: “We are proud of our work in Ireland and our new headquarters, in the heart of Dublin, is a commitment from us to expanding our footprint across the country. Gilbert-Ash feels at home working in Ireland and we want to build a solid foundation from which to deliver future projects, especially across the hospitality, workspace and residential sectors. We look forward to working closely with local clients, sub-contractors and other stakeholders in the near future.”

The firm emphasises a collaborative approach to construction, fit-out and refurbishment, combining practical expertise, innovative solutions, and strong partnerships with local stakeholders.

The new Dublin headquarters positions Gilbert-Ash to continue delivering large-scale projects and solidify its presence in Ireland’s expanding fit-out and construction markets.
