Ireland's fit-out sector set to gather for first dedicated conference in thirteen years

Ireland's fit-out industry will come together for its first senior-level dedicated conference in over a decade, with the Fit Out Conference 2026 now open for booking ahead of its 11 June programme at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.

Organised by the Fit Out Awards of BusinessRiver, which has recognised excellence across the sector since 2012, the full-day event runs from 09:00 to 15:00 and brings together 22 speakers across three themed panels, three hot topic sessions, and a closing leaders panel.

The speaker lineup includes Tim Allen, Senior Director at HCG, with thirty years of workplace strategy across the UK, Europe, and the US; Kay Killmann, Managing Director of GBCI Europe and architect of LEED adoption across the continent; and Colin Falconer, Associate, C.J. Falconer & Associates, brings two decades of delivery across healthcare, education, FDI, and commercial fit-out, and is recognised as a pioneer of BIM delivery in Ireland.

The programme was shaped by an international advisory committee that includes Vanessa Brady OBE of SBID, Kay Sargent of HOK, and Ann Marie Aguilar of IWBI.

Sessions will cover workplace delivery, hospitality and retail environments, healthcare and sustainable design, and a closing discussion on tariffs, ESG mandates, and multinational pipeline decisions affecting the sector through 2027.
