Judges were emphatic about what distinguished the project. "This entry brings Galway's spirit to life through bold design, intuitive flow, and standout personality. Smart space planning and layered detailing create an environment that feels elevated, efficient, and effortlessly engaging. With playful cultural moments, like the iconic neon slang, it delivers emotional connection, modern functionality, and a magnetic sense of place," the panel stated.
