Northern Ireland firm secures multi-million fitout at Surrey clubhouse

Graham Interior Fit-Out, a Northern Ireland-based fit-out contractor, has been appointed principal contractor to deliver a multi-million refurbishment programme at the Royal Automobile Club’s Woodcote Park estate in Epsom, Surrey, UK. 

The project includes full interior fit-out and landscaping works across 21 bedrooms, main reception areas, and adjoining corridors, while carefully preserving the site’s Grade II listed heritage character.

Set within 350 acres of Green Belt parkland, Woodcote Park offers members a countryside retreat featuring two 18-hole golf courses, the Country Club, and a collection of listed outbuildings. 

The refurbishment will enhance the functionality and aesthetic of the estate while retaining its traditional character. Works include full bathroom refurbishments, updated finishes and fixtures, landscaping improvements, car park enhancements, EV charging point installations, and restoration of masonry, roofing, and windows.
