After 18 years in the UAE’s design and build industry, Spacewell has launched a new brand identity underscoring its evolution into a multidisciplinary interior fit-out leader spanning corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Founded in 2007, the company has grown from a niche workspace designer into a full-service design and build firm recognised for sustainability and wellness excellence. Spacewell became the region’s first fit-out firm to achieve LEED Platinum certification and later attained WELL Platinum certification for its Dubai Design Hub — the highest in the Middle East.

Branding and Marketing Manager Jaera Borres said the refreshed identity reflects Spacewell’s broader capabilities and values: “Design is not just about aesthetics; it’s about creating spaces that support people, culture, and sustainability.”

Managing Director Najid Nazir added that client experience remains central to Spacewell’s strategy, highlighting its process-driven approach as key to long-term trust and growth. As the firm nears its nineteenth year, it is focusing on expanding sustainable design practices and strengthening its presence in the retail and F&B sectors while maintaining corporate interiors as a core offering.

Spacewell’s diverse portfolio includes projects for high-profile clients such as Dubai Future Foundation, Unilever, Yas Holding, and Mars Wrigley, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted name in the region’s fit-out market.
