The 2026 Fit Out Awards features 32 categories, covering projects and businesses across office, hospitality, healthcare, retail, residential and industrial settings. Categories include Fit Out Project of the Year, Fit Out Contractor of the Year, Excellence in Design Collaboration, Sustainable Fit Out Project of the Year and Fit Out Product of the Year.

Entries for the 2026 programme closed on 4 September, with the awards ceremony scheduled for 25 November 2026 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road.
