Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

This award recognises fit out / interior designers and teams who have collaborated with an external party (e.g., suppliers, sub-contractors, service providers, etc.) across a particular fit out project, or key aspect to a project, that was completed over the last 12 months, and which achieved an outstanding result. The submission can be made by any of the collaborating organisations involved, but please ensure you have the other parties’ permission to do so. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission (no cover pages): the judges ask you to address the key criteria set out below in a clear written manner, backed up by project photos (4 minimum), laying out any additional information - plans, section drawings, tables, graphics, videos etc. - so that it is clear and easy to understand.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Background: Please provide a brief background of the organisations involved, the project or initiative collaborated on, and the key team members involved including their skills and expertise.
  • Collaboration: Outline how collaboration was successfully embedded into the challenge, including details of initiative, leadership and creativity shown by team members
  • Innovation: Please include details of any unique efforts or processes that were introduced, outlining their significance.
  • Execution & Challenges: Describe how the brief was fulfilled, including any challenges faced and how the team worked together to overcome them.
  • Outcomes & Results: Summarise the outcomes of the project, detailing how collaboration successfully influenced the outcome.
  • Other facts & statements: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support the entry.
