The best clients tend to deliver the best work. So, if you have worked with a client who you feel deserves special recognition, or you yourself have commissioned a particularly successful fit out project over the past 12 months, then be sure to enter this award. There are two ways you can enter: 1. If you are entering any of the Fit Out Project categories for this client, then address the first criteria point below in a 1 page A4 PDF (MAX) and merge this with the relevant Project submission: only 1 PDF can be accepted for judging. 2. If you do not intend on entering the Fit Out Project categories, please address each of the criteria listed below within a 5 page A4 PDF submission in a clear written manner, backed up by photos (4 minimum), laying out any additional information - plans, section drawings, tables, graphics, videos etc. - so that it is easy and clear to understand.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Recognition: Explain why you feel the client / you deserve special recognition for the projects commissioned in the past year.
  • Scale and range of contracts commissioned: Please provide a description of the scale and range of the fit out contracts the client/ you have commissioned over the past 12 months, including dates of commencement and completion and the contract value(s).
  • Project Team: Please include a full list of the team that were involved in the project, i.e., client, designers, architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, contractors, and key suppliers etc.
  • Challenges: Highlight any especially challenging aspects or innovations involved in the project(s) and include a brief description of them where relevant.
  • Other facts & statements: Please include any other statements or facts that support your entry.
